Shipping Cost Guidelines. Please note some countries may have restrictions on products that can be imported.
Note: At the checkout, we have a ‘free local pick up’ option. This option ‘only’ applies to people who are able to pick up from our premises in Waipawa, Central Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
All prices exclude rural addresses.. You can contact us for a quote.
North Island costs:
New Zealand: Parcels are sent out by parcel post. Delivery times vary with the post office. It’s out of my hands once it leaves me. If you require your item to be delivered by courier, an estimate for the likely cost is listed below or I could check and see if it’s any cheaper.
Standard Post – Small standard parcel. Expected delivery time up to 3 working days. $5.50 (includes p & p + tracking ) Weight up to 250g maximum.
Standard Post – Small standard parcel. Expected delivery time up to 3 working days. $6.50 (includes p & p + tracking ) Weight up to 490g maximum. (about x 4 soaps)
Weight 500g to 1 kg – $8.00 (p & p + tracking) eg. soaps, lip balm, small items, small jar lotion (excludes candles in glass & multiple bath bombs, which would require a box).
South Island: (sometimes if its a large box, the cost will be more).
Rural address will incur an additional cost of $2 -3.00 (These are NZ Post prices)
Courier: Please message me if you would like to pay extra and have your parcel couriered. I will calculate the price.
*Please note Couriers do not run Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Over busy times such as Christmas, parcels may take an extra day or two, so please be patient. Once the parcel leaves here the delivery time is out of our hands. If there are any problems please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get them sorted.
